Lasvit Nautical: Visions of Light on Water

Custom Glass Lighting Solutions for Yacht Interiors

In collaboration with Dasha Moranova Designs and Oceanco, Lasvit has created three sculptural lighting concepts that introduce a new chapter in upscale yacht interior lighting. These installations showcase cutting-edge lights for boats within Oceanco's pioneering Simply Custom collection, where the 80-meter Aurai yacht serves as a showcase for customizable interior design excellence.

The Simply Custom collection was created to simplify the yacht commissioning process. Several leading design studios were selected to design interiors for customizable yachts. Lasvit's bespoke lighting installations are integral components of Dasha Moranova's vision, demonstrating how boat lighting and glass artistry can transform maritime environments while maintaining the flexibility that yacht customization demands.

Visions of Lasvit: Three Lighting Concepts for Yachts

Afloat - Crystal Ship Chandelier

Where light sways like the sea. This handblown glass ship chandelier features rippling elements that suspend above the main lounge, their forms echoing the gentle rhythm of ocean waves. This boat interior lighting concept captures the eternal movement of ocean surfaces, creating a meditative atmosphere through carefully crafted glass components that appear to float weightlessly. Each handblown element reflects and refracts light like water, bringing the ocean's tranquility indoors with sophisticated yacht lighting.

Water Whirl - Marine Interior Lighting

Stillness shaped by current. Glass flows around the lift like a living eddytextured, tinted, pulsing with the ocean's quiet force. This site-specific marine interior lighting installation transforms functional yacht architecture into sculptural art. The slumped glass components create an immersive environment where passengers experience the sensation of moving through water itself, with textures and transparency that shift as light passes through these innovative boat interior lights.

Luminair - Sculptural Bar

Bubbles rise. Time holds its breath. A sculptural bar crafted from slump glass captures a playful underwater moment, frozen in light and texture. This innovative use of slump glass technique creates organic forms that suggest champagne bubbles suspended in crystal. The bar merges functionality with design, demonstrating how glassmaking can transform yacht social spaces.

Redefining Life on Water Through Glass Artistry

The Visions of Lasvit showcase innovative boat lighting ideas and lighting design examples that reflect the latest trends while capturing the brand's essence.
