Leap to the eye

Kingold Century is a modern office and residential complex in the center of the Guangzhou business district. The lift lobby installation by Lasvit, designed by Michaela Mertlova, spans over 16 meters in length and over 3,5 meters in height.

Michaela Mertlová

The main sources for my playful, delicate and dreamy installations are nature, stories and genius loci. I experiment with various materials, and draw from the tradition of glass craft and modern technology.
