Lasvit at Designblok 2025: Splash takes Prague
Lasvit is honored to once again take part in Designblok, a leading Central European design festival, from 7 to 11 October in Prague. Splash by Martin Gallo, a Milan standout that drew crowds and media praise, headlines at the Lasvit Prague Showroom alongside Loomo and Niveo, while Frames is presented at the Museum of Decorative Arts.
Water in Motion
Splash by Martin Gallo stole the show at Milan Design Week. In Prague it appears in a composition ideal for private residences, proving how flexible the design is. As Designboom wrote, “Lasvit recreates the calming effect of water with glass and light.” Come experience it in our Prague showroom.
Loomo
Loomo by Maxim Velčovský translates the look of woven fabric into glass and light. Its golden hue and circular form create a soft, inviting glow, a glass imprint of textile craft that brings warmth to any interior.
Niveo
Niveo captures the moment hailstones freeze in air. This cluster of hand-blown pendants balances organic spontaneity with precision, casting a soft glow that shifts with the space.
Connecting the Worlds
Frames by Mária Čulenová explores the thin border between inner life and the world outside. See the floor lamp at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague.
Where and When
Designblok runs from 7 to 11 October 2025 across Prague. Splash, Loomo and Niveo are on view at the Lasvit Prague Showroom, Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. Frames is presented at the Museum of Decorative Arts and remains on display through 2 November.
