Across the desert, the landscape can seem empty for miles. When luck and timing align, the desert comes alive with blooms that vanish almost as quickly as they appear. Desert in Bloom captures that rare moment, with crystal blossoms climbing golden stems like plants reaching for the sun. It is a celebration of resilience and the extraordinary life that appears where you least expect it.
Rosa
At the center of the Desert in Bloom is Rosa, a new lighting design by Martin Gallo. Rosa is built from components that can be endlessly reconfigured, scaling from a single luminous bloom to an immersive, vine-like installation. Its flowing lines capture the instinct to grow towards light, reaching upward in a gesture of unwavering resilience.
